Jour un fait,

Cette formation est très informative, j'y ai non seulement fait une bonne révision de mes connaissances mais j'y ai aussi appris de bonne chose. Comme on dis dans la vie on en a toujours à apprendre. j'ai hâte à demain pour la suite.

Day one done,

This cours is very informative, Today was a great revision of my knowlege but I also learned some new stuff. Like we say, in life we never end to learn. I can't wait for tomorrow.

Certification d'entraineur aujourd'hui

Aujourd'hui je serai à Montréal toute la journée pour un certification d'entraineur. Comme je travail maintenant comme entraineur au club Mansfiled de Brossard, je me suis dit qu'une petite certification de plus serais la bienvenue pour donner un meilleur service à mes clients(es)

Training certification all day today

Today I will be in Montreal all day for a training certification. As I'm now working at the gym I feelt that I had to get more training certification so I can be a better trainer for my clients. I will be in class from 9am till 4pm.

Première journée au gym.

Je suis toute excité, j'ai ma première cliente officiel ce matin à 9h. J,ai une semaine bien remplis car je remplace mon chum qui est à Québec pour ça formation PICP niveau 1 et 2. c'est moi qui va faire ses clientes. J'ai du pain sur la planche.

Aujourd'hui y fait encore beau

J'ai un super planning aujourd'hui,

Je vais commencé par faire quelque photo de des maillot que j'ai à vendre ensuite je vais allé faire de la piscine chez ma sœur et me baigner avec ma nièce. Ensuite nous allons au cinéma voir Toys Story. Ce soir je ne sais pas je n'ai pas encore de plan mais je suis sur que je vais trouver quelque chose de super à faire.

I have a some cool plans for today.

I will start by taking pictures of the suits I have for sale, then, I will go at my sister's place and jump in the pool with my niece. Later today we will go at the movie theater watch Toys Story. I have no plan for tonight but I'm sure i will find something cool to do.

Je suis super contente aujourd'hui car il fait beau. Je me sent d'attaque pour aller faire un un entraînement d'enfer. J'ai aussi hâte de voir ma chum Claudine, elle ce prépare pour le Championnat Québécois et est en super shape. Nous allons travailler sa routine et ses poses.


Today is a beautiful dat and I'm super happy. I'm ready to go train and I know i will get a good one. I will also work with my good friend Claudine, she is getting ready for her show, the Quebec championship and she is in amazing shape. We going to work on her posing and routine.

A wonderful day.

Today will be a wonderfull day I can feel it. I got a lot of things done this morning and I'm planning on a great workout. Today will be arms workout.

I'm going for my stretching certification but I have tree books to get trough before I go. the books are all in english !!! OMG ! They look like medicine books, I'm stressed.

I'm going to work at the Mansfield Brossard

Today is the begining of something new for me. I will start working at the Mansfiled club in Brossard. I will do personal training. I'm doing that for a long period of time but I never been attached to a specific gym. I will continu to do posing sessions, seminars and camp at that same gym.

Friday June 4th an exciting day!

Today is a beautiful sunny day and I can't wait to have my nose outside. Today is also a special day as I'm invited for a TV show called Denis Levesque. Denis will do an interview on my career and all have got through since the very beginning of my fitness journey. You will be able to see it on TVA June 11th.

My first blog message

This is the first time ever I write on my blog, it's so exciting. You will see that my English is not perfect, I normally have someone who make the corrections on my texts but here it will be all me with no corrections. Please be lenient, I will do my very best. I will try to come here everyday to give you information about what is going on with my training and everyday life. I hope you will enjoy following me.
